To preserve the beauty of your Silfira piece, we recommend the following:
• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotions.
• Gently wipe pearls and gemstones with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Use a jewellery polishing cloth on metal only, avoiding pearls and stones.
• Keep away from chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
• Store in a dry place, ideally in the original box or pouch, with pieces kept separate.

What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer exchanges and store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that earrings, sale items, and gift cards are final sale for hygiene and quality reasons, and orders placed with Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later services are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we will make it right. All Silfira pieces are also backed by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing faults, because we stand behind the quality of everything we make.
When will I get my order?
We dispatch from our Perth, Western Australian studio the same business day for orders placed before 9am AWST, or the following business day for orders placed after this time. Standard delivery across Australia takes 2–7 business days at a flat rate of $10.10 AUD, complimentary on orders over $250 AUD. Express shipping is available for $15.50 AUD. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Can I wear my Silfira pieces in the shower or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. While our gold vermeil and rhodium finishes are crafted to exceed industry standards, prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, and chemicals will shorten the life of your piece. A little care goes a long way — treat your Silfira pieces well and they will reward you for years.
What materials do you use?
All Silfira pieces are crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, finished in either 14k, 18k gold vermeil or rhodium. Our gold vermeil layers up to 3 microns of gold — exceeding industry standards — for a rich, long-lasting finish that is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Our rhodium finish draws from the platinum family of metals, adding a mirror-like shine and exceptional durability, also hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Select pieces feature freshwater pearls chosen for their lustre and quality.
