All Silfira orders are shipped from our Western Australian studio via Australia Post.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 9am AWST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
During peak periods, dispatch may take 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping
- Free on order over $150 AUD
- Flat rate:Â $10.10 AUD
- Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- WA Metro: 2–5 business days
- VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, TAS, SA & NT Metro: 3–7 business days
- Remote and regional areas may require additional time
Express Shipping
- Free on orders over $350 AUD
- Flat rate: $15.50 AUD for orders under $350 AUD
- Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- WA Metro: 1–2 business days
- VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, TAS, SA & NT Metro: 2–4 business days
International Shipping
International orders incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local government.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, reshipping costs will apply.
If a refund is requested instead, original shipping costs will be deducted.

Holiday delivery dates are updated annually in line with Australia Post guidance.
